St. Anne’s First Grade College for Women (SFGC), Bangalore was established in 1995. It was started with the view to empower women through value based secular education. It is a minority institution run by St. Anne’s Educational Society (Regd). The society which is more than half a century old renders service to humanity in the field of education and has established educational institutions in almost all the states of India. The main objective of the college is to reach out to women and in particular through education to the female children for their empowerment. College has the rate distinction of securing cent percent result in University Examination conducted by the Bangalore University. It is accredited by NAAC.
