  • Stable cell line for recombinant protein production: monoclonal antibodies, growth factor and other soluble proteins. We will clone your target gene into our bicistronic DNA amplification vector to increase gene copy number up to several hundred in the final clone
  • Stable cell line for cell-based assay: GPCRs, ion channel and biases (RTKs). We will use our proprietary bitchiest vector, inducible vector or your preferred vector to achieve the best receptor expression on cell surface.

Our service includes:

  • Complete DNA sequence verification
  • Colony isolation, clone screening using ELISA, Western, or cell based assay of your interest, such as intracellular calcium, IP1, intracellular cAMP, thallium flux or membrane potential assay, et al..
