About Apparel Training & Design Centre : Apparel Training and Design Centre (ATDC) , chennai was established in 1991 with the mission to upgrade the technical skills of the human resources employed in the Garment Industry. Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) conceptualized the Apparel Training & Design centers (ATDC) to meet the industry’s growing requirement for a steady supply to trained workforce and professionals with domain expertise especially in apparel manufacturing technology.
