About Lokanayaka Omeo Kumar Das College :
The college was established in 15th July, 1970 originally named Dhekiajuli College. Later in the year 1974 it was renamed after late Omeo Kumar Das – a great social worker, freedom fighter and true Gandhian by nature. Presently the college is running with Arts, Science, Commerce and other professional courses.
