Samarpan Arts and Commerce College, Gujarat was established in 1996 with the sole aim of serving in the field of education, especially to the students coming from remote parts of the state. The co-educational institution has been managed by Gandhinagar Charitable Trust. The College at present offers various subjects both in Arts and Commerce faculties and aims at spreading boundary-less education nationwide by avoiding the barriers of time and place. A Study Centre of the Indira Gandhi National Open University was started in 2006 for providing distance education. The goal of the institute is to foster creative activities to serve the local, regional and global needs of society. The college endeavors to stimulate the development of creative and intellectual curiosity.
