the scheme of Youth Parliament competition was introduced in the Higher Secondary Schools of the National Capital Territory
(NCT) of Delhi by the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs in collaboration with the Directorate of Education, Government of
NCT of Delhi in the year 1966-67.
