• 2. Only a happy consultant will be dedicated to doing a good job for you. We treat the consultants as our internal client. We treat consultants' with the respect they deserve.
• 3. As per Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952, 12 % of Basic will be paid as Employers contribution and 12% basic as Employees contribution to the PF office. Other Statutory requirements are taken care of accordingly.
• 4. Internal training program will be conducted for the consultants to update their skill according to the real and anticipated business needs.
• 5. Consultants shall be relocated to another project or to other clients' after the completion of each project.

  Terms of Business

  Note: Where a project has been estimated on the basis of limited information about your organization - we guarantee to provide you with 110% of the time estimated for the project without incurring further charges. That's 10% more value than you anticipated - with our compliments. However, if the project exceeds 110% of the estimated time, it will be subject to immediate & formal review - or charged on an hourly basis thereafter - at your discretion.
